Ordering Policy:
My Kids Puppets makes every attempt to have all items in stock and available for shipment at the time of order. In the event an item is out of stock or on back-order the customer will be notified by e-mail or telephone.

Fabrics, colors and designs are subject to change by manufacturer.

Payment Policy:
Payment can be made by Paypal, Money Order, Cashiers Check or Personal Check. (Payment made by personal check may delay shipment until check clears my bank - which can be up to 14 days)

Shipping Policy:
My Kids Puppets makes every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Orders paid by Personal check may be delayed until payment clears our bank. Published shipping fees are for the 48 contiguous United States. We will gladly ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Internationally, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Orders will be shipped by the way deemed best by My Kids puppets.

Expedited shipping is available upon request and will incur additional shipping costs.

Return Policy:
My Kids puppets generally inspects each item thoroughly before shipment. In the event the product arrives damaged or is unsatisfactory for any reason, the order can be returned for a full refund excluding shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns and claims for credit must be made within 7 days after receipt of order. Please notify My Kids in advance of returning any merchandise for refund.
